At Abby's Apothecary, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade wellness products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Because individual experiences with herbal, CBD, and aromatherapy products can vary, we cannot offer refunds based on product effectiveness or personal preference.
